Current residents who want to return to the residence halls or on-campus apartments must participate in the Returner Housing Selection Process. Depending on your housing requirement status, you might be applying for on-campus housing during the Fall semester, mid-October, or during the Spring semester, starting February. Resident Without A Housing Requirement

The 2024-2025 Housing Selection Process has ended for residents without a housing requirement. At this time you are welcome to submit an application to enter the Housing waitlist.
Resident With A Housing Requirement
Submit Your Housing Application: Monday, February 5 at 12:00 PM - Monday, February 19 at 11:59 PM
During selection, your roommate group can take any available bed space without having to fill the entirety of the room, suite, or apartment . (Spaces will be consolidated after the partial process if there are empty beds. You might not end up in the room number you selected, but you will be in the same type of room and area.) Current residents required to live on-campus, who apply after the deadline or miss the process, will be hand-placed in the remaining available spaces.
If you want to choose a space in a new residence hall or apartment complex, wait for timeslots to be distributed for the next selection process. Please note that during any renewal process, some areas will not be available for students in residence halls and apartments that are designated for specific populations of students (i.e. first-year only halls, second-year only halls, residential learning communities, etc.).

Off-Campus Applicant
Students living off-campus cannot participate in the Returner Housing Selection Process unless they are part of a group where at least one applicant currently lives on-campus. If you currently live off-campus and have been asked to join a returner's group, please contact housing@ngskmc-eis.net. If you are not part of a roommate group and would like to live on-campus for the upcoming academic year, please complete an On-Campus Housing Request. You will be placed on the On-Campus Housing Waitlist. If a space becomes available, the UNH Housing team will reach out to you via your UNH email. On-campus housing is not guaranteed for students without a housing requirement.
